LEGACY & MEANING-MAKING: TELLING THE STORY ONLY YOU CAN TELL - 2 hours
This uplifting workshop invites individuals to reflect on the memories, values, and life lessons that have shaped them—and to consider how they might want to share their stories with loved ones. Through gentle prompts and guided reflection, participants will explore what has mattered most in their lives and how to create meaningful keepsakes, letters, or reflections.
The focus is on celebrating each person’s unique journey and offering a sense of purpose, connection, and contribution.
CARING THROUGH CHANGE: SUPPORTING A PARTNER WHO IS DECLINING
This compassionate session offers guidance and reassurance for residents who are caring for, or living alongside, a partner experiencing serious illness or nearing the end of life. We’ll explore what it means to carry both love and worry at the same time, how to navigate shifting roles, and how to communicate needs—your own and your partner’s—with clarity and kindness.
Participants will learn simple emotional support tools, ways to manage anticipatory grief, and approaches to staying connected even as circumstances change.
SUPPORTING WITH HEART: WHAT YOUR LOVED ONE NEEDS AT THE END OF LIFE
Designed for families or circles of support who want to help but feel unsure how, this workshop covers the essential needs—comfort, communication, autonomy, and connection—that matter most at the end of life.
Participants will learn practical ways to offer emotional support, how to have values-based conversations, and what actions (and words) bring true comfort. We’ll also address common misconceptions and how to navigate uncertainty with compassion.
A NEW APPROACH TO STRESS WEBINAR or WORKSHOP -1-2 hours
6 Ways to Reduce Your Stress
We all experience stress in our lives, and we all typically have coping mechanisms. Some may be supportive (deep breaths, meditation, yoga, nature walks) and others may be less supportive and counter-productive, to be honest (drinking alcohol, yelling, working even harder to get more done).
This webinar offers you tangible strategies to manage and reduce your stress that go beyond coping tools mentioned above, specific to you and your needs.
By digging in on 6 key areas of our lives (Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Social, Physical, and Environmental) and doing simple reflection exercises for each, you can set up your personal Stress Less Formula.
You’ll come away with actionable tools and steps to help you choose how you want to react to stressful situations.
GRIEF & THE HOLIDAYS: 3 MYTHS + A MEANINGFUL RITUAL - 1 hour
The holiday season can feel especially tender when you’re grieving. Join [Your Name], Death Doula and Grief Guide, for a supportive 60-minute webinar exploring how to navigate this time with honesty and care.
We’ll gently debunk three common myths about grief and discuss why letting go of them can help you meet the season with more compassion for yourself. You’ll also be guided to create a simple holiday grief ritual—a personal way to honor your loss and stay connected to what matters most.
You’ll leave with:
Clarity around what grief really looks like
Permission to move through the season at your own pace
A meaningful ritual to support you during the holidays
Whether your grief is recent or long-carried, this space is here for you.
