Are You Ready?

One morning I sat down in a meeting and realized that on the outside it looked like I had it all, but on the inside, none of it was what I really wanted.

This moment of clarity was the beginning of my changing everything. It’s not that I was miserable in my previous life – I wasn’t at all. In fact, I had my dream job (at least on paper). So it felt crazy to tell people I was thinking of making a change. But my time, in both work and my personal life, wasn’t being spent where I found the most value. I craved deeper purpose but was unsure what that might be, and how I could center myself around it. I learned firsthand that overhauling your life is not easy, and it’s not without fear. But I also found that once I got started and had access to the help I needed, it was totally possible.

My own process led me to the realization that in my 25+ years managing branding and design teams at some of the best agencies in the world, my favorite part was always helping my colleagues develop their skills and find balance. It was especially meaningful to work with other women who had to navigate sometimes male-dominated cultures, balancing pressure at home and at work. Becoming a certified coach required a big investment in myself and the courage to step away from a career I had spent decades building. But living with greater purpose is worth it. It led me to leaving New York City to settle in the Hudson Valley Rivertowns where I can mindfully pause, enjoy my life, be surrounded by family, be close to nature, and travel.

And today I get to spend my time helping others through this process, guided by values that matter to me:

I believe in the “power of pause” to gain perspective and to find your center.

I believe you are your greatest investment and deserve time, space, and attention.

I believe you are an individual who has unique needs and solutions that help you thrive.

YOU ARE HERE.
LET ME HELP YOU GO FROM THERE.
