GRIEF COACHING CIRCLE

This circle offers a compassionate space to navigate the tender terrain of loss. Led by a Life Transitions Coach and Death Doula trained in grief support and end-of-life planning, the group provides a balance of gentle guidance, open sharing, and tools for healing. Together, we honor what has been lost while also exploring what it means to carry grief forward into the next chapter of life—with presence, resilience, and community.

What is Grief Coaching?
Grief coaching is a supportive, non-clinical approach to navigating loss. Grief coaching gently meets you where you are and helps you find ways to live forward while carrying your grief with you. A grief coach offers presence, listening, and tools to help you process your experience, name what matters, and begin to shape life in the midst of loss.

It’s not about “getting over” grief—it’s about honoring your loss, making space for the full range of emotions, and discovering resilience, meaning, and new possibilities as you move into your next chapter.

I’m Elizabeth Knell, a certified Life Transitions Coach, Death Doula, and End-of-Life Planner, with specialized training in grief. I guide individuals through life's transitions—especially the profound shifts that come with loss—by offering compassionate support, practical tools, and a safe space to explore what comes next.
