GRIEF WORKSHOP
🌙 Webinar: Grief and the Holidays — 3 Myths About Grief & Creating a Holiday Grief Ritual 🌙
The holiday season can bring both comfort and heartache when someone you love is no longer here. Amid the gatherings and glitter, grief has a way of resurfacing — often when you least expect it.
Join Elizabeth Knell, certified Death Doula and grief guide, for a gentle and grounding 60-minute webinar exploring how to move through the holidays with intention, compassion, and care.
Together, we’ll unpack three common myths about grief — and why letting go of them can help you find more space for healing, memory, and connection. You’ll also be guided to create a personal holiday grief ritual, something meaningful you can return to year after year.
🕯️ You’ll leave with:
A clearer understanding of what grief looks like (and what it’s not)
Permission to experience the holidays your way — with all their contradictions
A simple, heartfelt ritual or practice to honor your loved one this season
Whether you’re newly grieving or years along your path, this session offers a safe, reflective space to acknowledge your loss and nurture your heart.
When: Monday, November 17, 2025
Time: 6-7 PM
