What kinds of things can you help with?

Honestly, almost anything related to work and life. I can help you by providing you a safe space of your own to talk through issues, give you the tools to navigate change and uncertainty, or support you with the needed accountability to create emotional or physical shifts. And yes, I can even help you figure out what it is that’s not quite working in life so you can go about changing it. Some common questions or statements clients often have:

  • “I don’t even know what I want or what to work on, but something needs to change”

  • “My work life and outside life need integrating. I’m totally out of sync”

  • “I’m going through a major life change and need help moving through it”

  • “My relationship is suffering and I want to change the dynamic”

  • “I need to get to the next step of my career but I’m not sure how”

  • “My creativity is blocked and I’m really burned out. I need to reset somehow”

  • “I’m the reason I’m stuck, but I don’t know how to get out of my current mindset”

  • “Our team needs help with communication and shifting their work dynamic”

  • “I want to lead with purpose but haven’t really explored my values or strengths”

  • “I’m drained and unmotivated. How can I incorporate more wellness into my day?”

  • “Stress management is a real challenge for me. Can you help me with some strategies?”

  • “Can I know more about my outlook, and then change how I see the world and my life?”

How much does your service cost?

Some of my programs have a set cost, which is noted next to the description. Otherwise, prices depend on your individual needs. So let’s talk.

What is the minimum I can do and see results?

Well, that’s like asking how much training do you need to complete a triathlon. Obviously if you’re already running marathons, it’s different than if you’re only casually exercising. I acknowledge that coaching takes time that feels precious, and a financial investment that can feel like it’s a luxury item instead of a necessity. That’s why I offer levels of packages. In my experience though, nine sessions over three months is a level that builds a lot of momentum and progress. Again, let’s talk first!

What happens in the complimentary ‘The Change Starts Now’ call?

We’ll discuss what’s happening in your life and what you might need. You’ll also start to get a feel for what I’m like. I’ll make a recommendation and then follow up with a proposal for services.

So do you only help women, or what?

Because they often face unique issues in work and life, I feel strongly about helping other women succeed. This focus area is one way that I’ve aligned my personal values with my professional world. That doesn’t mean I won’t work with men, or if I work with an organization, of course I won’t exclude the men from coaching services. It’s my way to let women know that I have put extra energy into thinking about their particular needs and challenges.

Your background in branding and managing teams sounds great. Do you do business consulting?

Currently I am only offering coaching services. However, because of my business background, specifically in the branding and design world, that gives me a lot of useful insight into how coaching can support business success and growth. I can work with you and your organization to align coaching and business goals and provide perspective from that point-of-view.

Do you also coach for Lyra Health?

Yes! I’m a Mental Health Coach for Lyra Health, which is distinct and separate from the Conscious Change Coaching I do in my Go From There private practice.
